- On the way to the community center, guess who I met?...the friend I mentioned yesterday who thinks I sit around and do nothing!
- I felt good about my balance of reflection time and planning time
- I didn't get as far as I would have liked in planning. I spent more time trying to get my projects contained in Microsoft OneNote than actually reviewing them.
- "What needs to happen in order for me to be filled with the Holy Spirit?" occupied much of my thoughts and led me to meditate on Ephesians 5:18-21.

Yeah - I love the concept of Microsoft OneNote, but am having trouble shifting gears so that I am used to and familiar with it. I always spend way more time in it that I expect. Hoping that I can use it for a book proposal and maybe that will force me to get used to using it.
ReplyDeleteAnd to your first point... ha! God has a good sense of humor. Maybe you can invite your friend to "do nothing" with you.
I have been working with OneNote for 6 months or so and am just beginning to really effectively use it. Once I finally made the jump to OneNote being my only "project manager", it started coming together nicely. I like that it syncs to do items with Outlook.
ReplyDeleteWhat will your book be about?
And yes, God has a sense of humor! I must confess that when he asked me where I was going, I said I had to "study". It wasn't exactly a lie...but it wasn't the full truth. I probably should have told him the full truth... :-(
